The Steel-O-Chain™ 9809K chain lock is the ideal all-rounder and makes thieves work much more difficult.
The ABUS XPlus cylinder built into the lock body is even more pick-resistant than its predecessor and offers very good protection against tampering with the lock.
The 9-millimeter square chain, as well as the housing and supporting parts of the locking mechanism, are made of specially hardened steel.
The lock has been awarded ABUS security level 12 out of 15.
To protect the paintwork in the long term, ABUS has encased the steel chain in a textile sleeve.
Even the keyhole is protected from dirt and corrosion by a cover.
